My Story


Hi, I’m Jessica!

I have been a certified personal trainer since late high school, and live in Toronto with my husband, two young boys and two dogs.

Personal training was always my desired career because becoming healthy and interested in fitness had surprised me —having not been the natural-athlete type — growing up. It surprised me how when I became healthier and fitter, every other area of my life changed. I became aware just how important feeling strong and confident is for making the most out of your life.

I knew that there were so many people out there feeling stuck, unsure how to cross over into a consistent health and fitness routine. And I knew that landing this consistent lifestyle was one of the wisest investments we can make in improving our presence in our lives.

In my work over 24 years, I realized that my skillset as a trainer could only go so far when it came to the more complex health matters of my clients, such as perimenopause, autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue and burnout, and cancer to name a few. I dove into schooling to become a functional nutrition counsellor so that I could coach clients through truly transformative health shifts.

Now, I specialize in coaching overwhelmed and fatigued moms, grappling with perimenopause - and helping them move from burnt out to thriving. Because I’ve pulled myself through it all, too.
